Fireside Ventures co-founder Vinay Singh exits to pursue agentic commerce

Vinay Singh, co-founder and partner at consumer-focused venture capital firm Fireside Ventures, is stepping down after nearly ten years to explore opportunities in agentic commerce. Singh joined the firm in February 2017 and led investments across beauty, personal care, food, beverage, and wellness brands. Fireside Ventures, led by managing partner Kanwaljit Singh, backs prominent consumer brands including Honasa Consumer, boAt, The Sleep Company, and Pilgrim. The departure comes shortly after the VC firm completed the final close of its fourth investment fund at Rs 2,265 crore ($253 million) in December 2025.
