Flipkart has acquired an undisclosed minority stake in B2B travel technology platform TravClan to enhance its international holiday offerings across Cleartrip and Flipkart Travel. The strategic investment will grant Flipkart access to TravClan's extensive network of over 15,000 travel agents, technology platform, and global destination operations. Led by co-founder and CEO Arun Bagaria, TravClan provides real-time booking packages and ground support across domestic and international locations. The fresh capital will help TravClan scale its global supply chain, expand its business development teams, and develop affordable travel packages for the rapidly growing outbound Indian traveler demographic.
