Flipkart Minutes May Add 1,000 Dark Stores by Mid-2027: UBS

Flipkart's quick commerce arm, Minutes, is projected to add another 1,000 dark stores by mid-2027, according to a recent report by brokerage firm UBS. If executed, the expansion would nearly double Minutes' network to approximately 2,000 micro-fulfilment centres across India. Currently, mature Minutes dark stores process around 1,200 to 1,500 daily orders, with an average net order value between ₹500 and ₹530, rivaling market leader Blinkit. The platform is serving as a major cross-sell driver for Flipkart's broader ecosystem, particularly in beauty and grocery.
