Flipkart Minutes has surpassed Swiggy Instamart in dark store footprint across India's top 10 cities, according to a report by brokerage firm CLSA. As of August 2026, Flipkart Minutes operated 627 dark stores compared to Instamart’s 615, alongside leading in pincode coverage. Blinkit remains the market leader with 969 dark stores across the top 10 cities and over 34% share nationally, while Zepto follows with 828 stores. The top five quick-commerce players collectively run 3,536 dark stores in these key urban markets, with Bengaluru leading with 735 stores, followed by Delhi and Hyderabad.
