Flipkart Schedules Big Billion Days Sale For October 9

Flipkart will kick off the 13th edition of its annual Big Billion Days sale on October 9, alongside festive shopping events from group companies Myntra and Cleartrip. The ecommerce giant features over 150 million products, recording 60% more transacting sellers year-on-year after introducing zero percent commissions on fashion items. Flipkart has pre-positioned 2.5 crore MSME and artisan units across Ekart fulfillment hubs to reach 500 million registered customers. Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy highlighted that quick-commerce arm Flipkart Minutes expanded 4X year-on-year, currently serving over 150 cities and 9,000 PIN codes across India.
