Fractal Q2 Profit Jumps 139% to ₹79 Crore

AI and advanced analytics enterprise Fractal reported a 139% year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 79.2 crore for the second quarter of FY27, up from Rs 33.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Operating revenue rose nearly 20% year-on-year to a record Rs 956.5 crore, driven by broad-based expansion across client verticals. The company's healthcare and life sciences division grew 79% year-on-year, while banking and financial services expanded by 30%. Adjusted EBITDA increased 30% to Rs 154.9 crore, buoyed by operating leverage despite increased spending on AI engineering talent.
