Nasdaq-listed SaaS company Freshworks has acquired Israel-based AI startup Robusta Dev for an undisclosed sum to bolster its IT service management platform, Freshservice. Founded by Natan Yellin and Arik Alon, Robusta builds AI agents that analyze IT infrastructure logs, monitoring data, and code changes to diagnose outage root causes and suggest remediations. Freshworks will integrate Robusta's automated incident diagnosis into Freshservice while maintaining human-in-the-loop approvals for production changes. The acquisition aims to reduce manual triage overhead for enterprise engineering teams and expand Freshworks' AI-driven operational workflows across connected cloud systems.
