Nasdaq-listed enterprise software major Freshworks has signed a definitive agreement to acquire New York-based SaaS management platform Torii. Founded in 2017 by Uri Haramati, Uri Nativ, and Tal Bereznitskey, Torii helps enterprises monitor token-level AI consumption, attribute software usage across internal teams, and establish real-time budget controls. The transaction is expected to close in the quarter ending December 2026. Led by CEO Dennis Woodside, Freshworks plans to integrate Torii’s capabilities into Freshservice, helping IT and finance teams eliminate manual spreadsheet tracking and oversee enterprise software and AI spend governance effectively.
