Freshworks Turns Profitable in Q3 CY26 With $245M Revenue

Nasdaq-listed enterprise software company Freshworks reported a 14% year-on-year revenue increase to $245.4 million for Q3 CY26, up from $215.1 million. The SaaS firm achieved GAAP profitability, recording a net profit of $18.3 million compared to a net loss of $4.7 million in Q3 CY25. Operating profit reached $28.2 million, while gross margin improved to 85.3%. Operating expenses fell 4.4% to $181.2 million, driven by disciplined spending in sales, marketing, and administration. Freshworks also crossed $1 billion in annual recurring revenue and held $697.3 million in cash and liquid assets.
