Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Gnani.ai has launched Artha, a sovereign artificial intelligence technology stack designed for enterprise automation. The suite includes an open-weight foundation model named Evon, alongside custom enterprise agents built for diverse corporate workflows. Evon features a custom tokenizer optimized specifically for Indian languages and scripts, aiming to significantly reduce inference costs and processing latency. Gnani aims to provide Indian enterprises with secure, locally compliant, and cost-efficient alternatives to Western proprietary models, strengthening India’s domestic sovereign AI infrastructure across banking, financial services, telecom, and public sector deployments.
