Goldman Sachs has sold 53.37 lakh shares of Eternal, the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, for Rs 168.67 crore through a block deal on October 15. The shares, representing roughly 0.05% of Eternal's paid-up equity, were purchased at Rs 316 per share by BofA Securities. The move follows large block sales in late August by BNP Paribas Financial Markets and Millennium Management affiliate Integrated Core Strategies totaling nearly Rs 3,265 crore. Eternal recently reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 20,211 crore with a net profit of Rs 92 crore.
