Mumbai-based quick-service burger chain Good Flippin’ Burgers is raising ₹55 crore in fresh capital from Delhi-based S.R. Foundation, an entity linked to the DS Group promoter network. The board approved issuing 58,668 CCPS at ₹9,374.77 per share, valuing the company at approximately ₹481 crore, representing a 20% premium over its previous extended Series A round. Founded in 2019, the startup operates 67 outlets across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. The company plans to deploy the capital towards expansion and general corporate purposes after scaling revenue to ₹111 crore in FY25.
