Vietnam-based electric mobility startup Green SM has infused Rs 152.65 crore into its Indian subsidiary through a rights issue to scale its fleet and operations. Approved by the board of Green SM India, the parent entity GSM Green and Smart Mobility JSC was allotted 15.27 crore equity shares at Rs 10 each. This follows an Rs 85 crore infusion in June 2026, bringing total India investments to nearly Rs 238 crore. The Vingroup-backed company launched its electric taxi service Green SM Limo in Delhi-NCR in June 2026, targeting the market opening left by BluSmart's shutdown.
