Greenjoules Secures ₹62 Crore From Amazon And Singularity AMC

Pune-based green energy startup Greenjoules has secured approximately ₹62 crore ($6.5 million) in an ongoing Series B funding round. According to MCA filings, Amazon's investment arm, Amazon.com NV Investment Holdings, led the round with a ₹45 crore investment, while Singularity AMC’s Singularity Strategic Autonomy Fund contributed ₹17 crore. Founded in 2018 by S Viraraghavan, V Radhika, VS Shridhar, and R Sethunath, Greenjoules converts agricultural waste into renewable fuels for diesel engines and industrial equipment. The company previously raised $4.5 million from Blue Ashva Capital in 2021 to set up waste-to-energy plants.
