Groww Q2 Net Profit Jumps 54% YoY to ₹725 Crore

Fintech major Groww reported a 54% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹724.7 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹471.3 crore in Q2 FY26. Operating revenue climbed 47.4% year-on-year to ₹1,501.5 crore, though remaining flat sequentially compared to ₹1,501.4 crore in the June quarter. Growth in margin trading and commodity derivatives balanced a 14.3% quarterly dip in equity derivatives revenue caused by the new closing auction system. Consolidated EBITDA expanded 60% year-on-year to ₹969 crore, while total quarterly expenses rose 28.5% to ₹555.9 crore.
