Happiest Minds Q2 Revenue Rises 12.5% to ₹645 Crore

IT services firm Happiest Minds Technologies posted a 12.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue to ₹645.43 crore for the quarter ended September 30. Net profit increased 15.1% YoY to ₹62.19 crore, with EBITDA climbing 18.1% to ₹142.04 crore. While generative AI business services grew nearly 50% sequentially, the company did not break out separate AI-specific revenue figures despite earlier guidance. The firm incurred ₹3.98 crore in exceptional merger expenses related to its planned integration with ITC Infotech, which aims to create a combined entity targeting $1 billion in annual revenue by FY28.
