HCLTech and AWS Launch Nano GCC Model for Enterprise AI Operations

IT services major HCLTech has partnered with Amazon Web Services to launch a nano Global Capability Centre model, helping enterprises build AI-focused operations through smaller, product-centric teams. Part of HCLTech's GCC 360 suite, the offering integrates its proprietary AI Force platform with AWS cloud infrastructure, Bedrock, and agentic AI services. The framework targets mid-market companies seeking an Indian presence without massive infrastructure, as well as existing GCCs looking to add autonomous IT and AI-native engineering capabilities. The initiative will initially launch across Asia-Pacific, with operations anchored at HCLTech's Lucknow campus using a hub-and-spoke delivery structure.
