HCLTech has concluded its 100% acquisition of Croatia-based robotic process automation provider Robotiq.ai through its subsidiary, HCL Technologies Austria GmbH, on October 26. Valued at an enterprise valuation of €9 million, the acquisition will integrate Robotiq.ai’s task execution software into HCLSoftware’s AI platform, HCL UnO Agentic. Robotiq.ai specializes in automating repetitive enterprise workflows across applications lacking application programming interfaces. HCLSoftware president Kalyan Kumar stated that merging Robotiq.ai’s execution capabilities with HCL’s orchestration tools will help enterprise customers scale and deploy agentic AI operations across their broader digital workflows.
