HCLTech has launched a new global delivery center in Patna, Bihar, to expand its IT and engineering services footprint. The facility will specifically focus on delivering specialized software and engineering solutions to high-tech and semiconductor enterprises. Inaugurated by Bihar's Minister of Industries Nitish Mishra and Minister of IT Santosh Kumar Suman, the event was attended by state officials and HCLTech Chief Financial Officer Prateek Aggarwal. The center marks a strategic push to tap into tier-2 engineering talent and strengthen the regional technology ecosystem in eastern India.
