HCLTech has launched an AI-powered verification and validation offering for software-defined vehicles, built on NVIDIA's simulation technologies and AI models. The platform aims to assist automotive manufacturers and tier-1 suppliers in streamlining vehicle software testing, failure analysis, and compliance reporting. Leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse, Cosmos, Alpamayo, Isaac Sim, and Nemotron reasoning models, the system runs complex virtual simulations, reducing reliance on physical testing for safety-critical conditions. Pankaj Tagra, Chief Growth Officer and Global Head of Mobility at HCLTech, stated that traditional validation processes struggle to match rapid software update cycles in modern connected vehicles.
