Tessolve Semiconductor, a Hero Electronix company, has raised $75 million in a funding round led by US-based strategic investment firm Vector Line Capital. Founded by Srini Chinamilli, the semiconductor engineering firm offers turnkey solutions across chip architecture, design, validation, testing, and embedded systems. The capital will support expansion, global presence, and strategic acquisitions, with several deals expected to close over the coming quarters. Tessolve employs over 3,500 engineers across 10 countries and operates nine global laboratories, serving leading hyperscalers and 18 of the world's top 20 semiconductor companies.
