HerSpace Secures $40 Million Commitment from Gray Matters Capital

Bengaluru-based workforce housing startup HerSpace Manufacturing has secured a fresh capital commitment of $40 million from existing investor Gray Matters Capital. This brings Gray Matters Capital’s total commitment to the startup to $50 million, following a $10 million investment in 2025. The fresh funds will be deployed over the next 30 months through a combination of debt, quasi-equity, and equity. HerSpace plans to use the capital to expand its leased accommodation network for industrial workers across manufacturing hubs including Greater Bengaluru, Hosur, Chennai, and Andhra Pradesh, scaling its current operational capacity and pipeline of over 10,000 beds.
