AI-driven workforce platform Hunar.AI has secured Rs 39.3 crore in a Series A funding round led by Blume Ventures, which contributed Rs 29 crore. The round saw participation from Seedstars, Hyderabad Angels Fund, AVNM Ventures, alongside PhysicsWallah co-founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari. Hunar.AI builds conversational AI agents that automate recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement for frontline workers. The fresh capital will be deployed to bolster its artificial intelligence infrastructure, enhance product features, and expand operations across sectors including quick commerce, retail, mobility, logistics, and financial services experiencing rapid frontline hiring needs.
