Dronetech firm ideaForge Technology announced that its promoter and CEO Ankit Mehta pledged 2.8 lakh shares, representing 0.56% of total share capital, to Infina Finance for personal financial requirements. The pledged shares are valued at approximately ₹20.56 crore based on prevailing BSE prices. Following this transaction, Infina Finance holds 6.50 lakh encumbered ideaForge shares, or 1.30% of total share capital. Mehta previously held a 7.42% stake in the company. The pledge comes despite ideaForge shares surging 54% year-to-date, though it recently posted a Q1 FY27 net loss of ₹2.3 crore.
