Mumbai-based professional education and upskilling startup Imarticus Learning plans to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus confidentially with SEBI within three months for a ₹1,000 crore initial public offering. The proposed issue size increased from an earlier ₹750 crore plan comprising fresh equity and an offer for sale. Proceeds will fund business expansion, new Centres of Excellence, and strategic acquisitions. Founded in 2012 by Nikhil Barshikar and Sonya Hooja, Imarticus recently completed an ₹800 crore acquisition of Singapore-based BELLS Institute of Higher Learning to scale executive AI and analytics education internationally.
