According to Inc42’s Indian Tech Startup Funding Report, Indian deeptech startups secured $290 million across 28 deals in Q3 2026. This marks a 176% year-on-year surge from $105 million across 29 deals in Q3 2025, significantly outpacing the broader Indian startup ecosystem’s modest 5% funding growth. The quarter witnessed heavy capital concentration in spacetech, which accounted for $130 million or 45% of total deeptech funding. Notably, spacetech startup Pixxel raised a massive $100 million round. However, IVCA highlighted that deeptech ventures continue to face growth-stage funding bottlenecks at Series B and Series C.
