Deeptech has emerged as a major investment theme in India, driving a new wave of ambitious founders, according to venture capitalists speaking at TechSparks 2026. Moderated by YourStory CEO Shradha Sharma, the panel included Speciale Invest’s Vishesh Rajaram, Seafund’s Mayuresh Raut, and Avatar Venture Partners’ Anirudh Singh. Rajaram highlighted that early-stage capital availability is no longer holding back technical founders. Raut noted an 8 to 10-year window of opportunity across deeptech sectors.
