IndiQube Q2 Revenue Up 35% to ₹472 Cr, Losses Narrow 80%

Bengaluru-based managed workspace provider IndiQube posted a 35% year-on-year surge in operating revenue to ₹472 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹350 crore in Q2 FY26, according to National Stock Exchange filings. The company's net loss narrowed sharply by 80.3% to ₹5.90 crore from ₹29.90 crore in the year-ago period. Other income contributed ₹20 crore, bringing total income to ₹492 crore. Total expenses rose 23.5% to ₹500 crore, driven largely by lease depreciation at ₹195 crore. For H1 FY27, operating revenue grew 35.7% to ₹895 crore, up from ₹659.5 crore.
