IndiQube Slashes Q2 Net Loss by 80% to ₹5.9 Crore

Coworking space provider IndiQube reduced its consolidated net loss by 80% year-on-year to ₹5.9 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to a ₹29.9 crore loss in the corresponding quarter last year. Sequentially, losses narrowed 75% from ₹23.9 crore in Q1 FY27. Operating revenue increased 34.9% YoY to ₹471.9 crore from ₹350.1 crore, while rising 11.6% quarter-on-quarter. Total income reached ₹492.1 crore, supported by ₹20.3 crore in other income and a ₹6.4 crore deferred tax credit. Total expenses rose 23.5% YoY to ₹499.5 crore, reflecting controlled cost management alongside enterprise workspace expansion across key markets.
