Info Edge Q2 Net Profit Surges 87% YoY to ₹650 Crore

Naukri and 99acres parent Info Edge reported an 87% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹649.8 crore for the September quarter (Q2), up from ₹347.5 crore in the year-ago period. Operating revenue rose 12.2% YoY to ₹903.9 crore, while sequential net profit grew 32.6% from ₹490.1 crore. The profit surge was significantly driven by other income, which surged 164.8% YoY to ₹428.4 crore. Total expenses rose 4.5% to ₹588.6 crore. Info Edge's board also declared an interim dividend of ₹3 per share.
