Infosys reported that its artificial intelligence revenue surged 29% quarter-on-quarter in Q2, contributing 10.5% of total revenue. Overall second-quarter revenue reached $5.145 billion, rising 1.5% year-on-year in constant currency, while operating margins remained steady at 21%. CEO Salil Parekh announced $5.2 billion in large-deal total contract value, including a mega contract exceeding $2 billion. Despite aggressive AI integration, including deploying Cognition's Devin software engineer across client operations, Infosys lowered its full-year FY27 constant-currency revenue growth guidance to 1%-2%, down from its previous forecast of 1.5%-3%, reflecting broader enterprise spending caution.
