IT advisory firm Infotech has acquired Bengaluru-based SaaS management startup Zluri for an undisclosed sum. Zluri will operate as an independent standalone division within Infotech, maintaining its core engineering and product development teams in Bengaluru. The acquisition strengthens Infotech’s CIO Analytics platform by integrating Zluri’s application discovery, identity governance, and SaaS cost management capabilities. Founded in 2020 by Ritish Reddy, Chaithanya Yambari, and Sethu Meenakshisundaram, Lightspeed-backed Zluri serves over 250 enterprise clients globally, including Razorpay and Monday.com. The deal allows Zluri to access Infotech’s extensive international community of over 30,000 enterprise IT leaders.
