Digital payments startup Innoviti reduced its net loss by 57% year-on-year to ₹26.7 crore in FY26, down from ₹62.1 crore in FY25. The loss reduction occurred despite operational revenue dropping 16.7% to ₹118.9 crore, driven by a 20% decline in offline revenue to ₹97.3 crore. Conversely, online revenue doubled to ₹4.2 crore. Founded by Rajeev Agrawal and Amrita Malik and backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, the RBI-authorized payment aggregator processes ₹80,000 crore annually. Innoviti projects reaching EBITDA positivity in FY27 through operational discipline, cost efficiencies, and expanding its merchant customer footprint nationwide.
