Noida-headquartered spiritual technology platform InstaAstro has secured $12 million in a Series A funding round led by Singularity AMC and Artha Venture Fund, with participation from founder Nitin Verma. Founded in 2021, the startup operates an online marketplace offering astrology, tarot, and vastu consultations alongside spiritual ecommerce and pooja services. InstaAstro reported reaching an annualized revenue run rate of Rs 200 crore, up from Rs 111.26 crore in FY26. The startup plans to deploy the fresh capital to build AI-driven multilingual consultation features, contextual sentiment analysis tools, and expand its spiritual commerce footprint globally.
