IntrCity SmartBus FY26 Revenue Jumps 40% to Rs 691 Cr, Losses Widen

Travel-tech platform IntrCity SmartBus reported a 40.1% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to Rs 690.9 crore for FY26, up from Rs 493.2 crore in FY25. However, net losses widened 76% to Rs 28 crore during the same period. Bus operations accounted for 97% of total revenue at Rs 670.35 crore, while bus operation costs rose 43.5% to Rs 539.8 crore. The company, which also operates RailYatri, previously secured Rs 250 crore in a Series D funding round led by A91 Partners in October 2025 to fund its technology and expansion.
