IPO-Bound Purple Style Labs' FY26 Net Loss Widens 52%

Purple Style Labs, the parent company of luxury fashion omnichannel platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, reported a 51.5% widening in consolidated net loss to ₹285.4 crore for FY26, compared to ₹188.4 crore in FY25. Operating revenue rose 14% year-on-year to ₹557.8 crore, while gross merchandise value grew 23% to ₹721.6 crore. However, international GMV contribution fell from 28.38% to 20.3%, with US sales dropping despite opening a New York store in February 2026. Founded in 2015 by Abhishek Agarwal, the IPO-bound company has raised $78 million in total private equity funding to date.
