Pune-based mental health and dementia care provider Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre has secured ₹28 crore in a Series A funding round led by Alkemi Growth Capital. Founded by Amar Shinde, Vijaya Shinde, and Hemant Shinde, Jagruti operates over 19 residential care centres with 1,600+ beds across nine Indian cities, including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru. The company plans to deploy the capital to expand to over 40 centres and 4,000 beds across Tier I and II cities over the next three to four years.
