Reliance Industries' telecom and digital arm Jio Platforms has set a price band of ₹1,065–₹1,119 per share for its upcoming IPO, seeking to raise up to ₹30,213 crore at an implied valuation of ₹10.3 lakh crore. Surpassing Hyundai Motor India's 2024 issue, this will be India's biggest public offering. The entire issue consists of fresh equity of up to 27 crore shares with no OFS component. Jio plans to use ₹27,500 crore to prepay debt at Reliance Jio Infocomm. Public bidding opens on October 21 and closes on October 23.
