Early-stage venture capital firm Kalaari Capital has opened applications for the latest cohort of its flagship Kalaari Fellowship. The two-year, full-time apprenticeship programme is designed to train professionals for India’s venture capital and startup ecosystem. The curriculum focuses on frontier technologies, investment analysis, market research, deal sourcing, and portfolio management. Fellows spend their first year developing analytical and research capabilities before moving closer to deal-making activities and founder relationships during the second year. Kalaari stated that four batches have completed the fellowship so far, building talent to support India's growing intellectual property ecosystem.
