Founded in 2024 by former Razorpay executives Vijaypal Singh and Abhishek Kushwaha, the Bengaluru-based company builds voice and omnichannel conversational AI agents for BFSI enterprises. Karta AI processes over 2 million monthly interactions for clients like PhonePe and Pine Labs, resolving roughly 70% of inbound customer queries autonomously. The fresh capital will be used to expand go-to-market distribution and enhance product capabilities over the next two years.
