Bengaluru-based voice artificial intelligence startup Karta AI has secured $3 million in a seed funding round co-led by PeerCapital and Cedar Hill Capital. The investment round also saw participation from Wyser VC, CDM Capital, and Seedstars. Karta AI builds proprietary voice AI infrastructure specifically tailored for inbound enterprise customer operations, helping organizations automate customer engagement. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate product engineering, upgrade its core voice platform, and expand enterprise deployments across financial institutions.
