Homegrown private equity firm Kedaara Capital has invested $200 million in Mohali-based orthopaedic supports and mobility aids manufacturer Tynor Orthotics. Founded in 1993 by PJ Singh and AJ Singh, Tynor operates three manufacturing facilities and distributes products across 300,000 retail outlets and 8,000 hospitals in 60 countries. Kedaara plans to partner with Tynor’s founders, management team, and strategic partner Thuasne to expand domestic and international distribution while bolstering manufacturing capabilities. Kedaara Capital, which manages over $6 billion in assets, aims to scale Tynor into a leading healthcare and ortho-focused wellness platform globally.
