Global consumer-focused private equity firm L Catterton has signed a definitive agreement to invest an undisclosed amount in Nandhana Foods. Founded in 2004 by Managing Director R Ravichandar, Nandhana Foods operates 25 branches across Bengaluru and Chennai under the Nandhana Palace and RNR brands, specialising in Andhra and Karnataka cuisine. The growth capital will be used to scale the chain's operational footprint and expand beyond its core South Indian markets.
