LEAD Group Posts ₹387 Cr Revenue In FY26, Losses Down 20%

Edtech unicorn LEAD Group reported a 10% increase in operating revenue to ₹386.6 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2026, up from ₹351.5 crore in FY25. The company improved operating EBITDA sevenfold and reduced net losses by 20% year-on-year. Founded in 2012 by Sumeet Mehta and Smita Deorah, LEAD provides integrated school curricula and tech systems across 9,000 schools in 400 cities. Product sales generated ₹275.4 crore, while platform services contributed ₹76.5 crore. Employee expenses declined 6% to ₹131.2 crore, while advertising expenses rose 10% to ₹18.9 crore during the year.
