LenDenClub Parent Vartis Launches UdhaarSaathi Ahead of Planned IPO

Vartis Platforms, the parent company of peer-to-peer lending platform LenDenClub, has launched UdhaarSaathi, a digital loan marketplace dedicated to small merchants and retailers. The platform facilitates collateral-free business loans between ₹15,000 and ₹2.5 lakh, with an average ticket size of ₹1 lakh, targeting ₹1,000 crore in disbursements by the end of FY27. Operating as a lending service provider, UdhaarSaathi connects small businesses with multiple non-banking financial companies without taking credit risk. Founder Bhavin Patel also revealed that Vartis is strengthening internal governance ahead of a potential initial public offering over the next 12 to 18 months.
