US-based vocational education provider Lincoln Tech has deployed artificial intelligence agents across its student enrolment operations in partnership with Indian SaaS unicorn LeadSquared. Rolled out through LeadSquared’s innovation centre, LeadEdge, the AI agents operate under human oversight to automate early-stage interactions. The system responds to new enquiries, verifies application completeness, identifies ready applicants, and reconnects with inactive prospective students across 22 US campuses serving over 17,000 students. The initiative extends Lincoln Tech’s existing CRM deployment, allowing enrolment leaders to track real-time engagement trends while measuring agent performance against historical operations without disclosed financial targets.
