The transaction comprises primary capital for operational expansion alongside a secondary component providing liquidity to early shareholders. Live2.ai enables brands to analyze online conversations, execute marketing campaigns, and convert user-generated content into social commerce across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X. The company plans to deploy the fresh capital toward developing agentic AI capabilities, scaling enterprise sales, and enhancing cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
