Bengaluru-based AI social commerce platform Live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore ($14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by venture capital firm IvyCap Ventures. The transaction combines primary expansion capital with a secondary share sale providing liquidity to early investors. Founded by CEO J Venkat, Live2.ai monitors consumer conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and X to convert social intelligence into shoppable brand experiences. The startup will use the funds to expand its AI agent platform, scale cloud infrastructure, and hire engineers and data scientists across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
