Bengaluru-based social intelligence and commerce activation platform Live2.ai has raised Rs 130 crore (around $14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The fundraise includes primary growth capital alongside a secondary component offering liquidity to early shareholders. Co-founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, Live2.ai plans to deploy the capital to build an agentic intelligence layer, scale go-to-market efforts across enterprise brands, and expand cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific to automate social intelligence and shoppable workflows.
