LTM Launches GCC Origin Unit to Set Up Indian Capability Centres

Digital services firm LTM has launched GCC Origin, a standalone business unit designed to help global enterprises establish, operate, and transform global capability centres in India. Led by Shailendra Singh, the unit reports directly to LTM chief executive officer Venu Lambu. GCC Origin will provide end-to-end lifecycle management across strategy, talent, infrastructure, and operations in tier-1 and tier-2 cities. The venture will leverage LTM’s proprietary BlueVerse AI platform, which features over 300 pre-built, domain-specific AI agents, to streamline workflows as Indian GCCs increasingly shift from cost-cutting hubs to strategic value drivers.
